Ian Nicholson Principal

 

Ian Nicholson is a global Innovation Leader with over 25 years hands-on Innovation experience in leading consumer goods companies. He has extensive experience in Australia, United States, Latin America and running large Global teams


Most recently he was Worldwide Director for Strategic Innovation and Technology Alliances with Colgate Palmolive, based in New York. Prior to this he ran Home Care Innovation for Colgate in Latin America, delivering over $1B of Innovation annually. 


He has also worked in Innovation and Marketing at Kellogg’s, Nestle and Procter & Gamble.


 Ian has developed his own proprietary Innovation Growth Process, based on the combined experience he received at Colgate Palmolive, Kellogg's, Nestle and Procter & Gamble. 


Ian has extensive expertise and passion in areas like
